This project is a corporate insurance platform developed for Çağancan Sigorta. It presents insurance products, collects product-specific quotation requests and enables all customer applications to be managed from a single administration panel. Its responsive interface simplifies quotation, claim notification and policy renewal processes, while authorised users can manage content, contact details, legal documents and incoming requests.
The previous digital structure did not present insurance products clearly or collect the correct information for different policy types. Quotation requests relied on a generic form, and there was no central system for managing content, contact details or customer applications. The platform also required improvements in mobile usability, corporate presentation, data security and operational tracking.
Dynamic application forms were developed with fields tailored to each insurance product. Requests are securely stored in the database, professionally designed email notifications are delivered to the relevant team members, and applications can be monitored through the administration panel. Content, contact details, products, legal documents, maintenance mode, claims and policy renewals were consolidated into a central management infrastructure. The interface was designed around Çağancan Sigorta’s corporate identity with a mobile-first approach.
